My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were noisy and the heat made it uncomfortable, but they were very roomy and clean. Being right above the hotel restaurant and pool added a lot of noise, which was a downside, but the proximity to the beach was a definite plus.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the bright side, the location was fantastic, just blocks from the pier with great restaurants surrounding it. The rooms were close to the beach and bar, with lovely pricing and a great staff availability. However, the downside was the rooms smelt like cigarettes, damp, not clean, and in need of updating. The service was mostly kind and helpful, but there was room for improvement in terms of professionalism. The housekeeping and laundry services were available, but I encountered rudeness on one occasion. The prime location, surrounded by amenities and right on the boardwalk, was a major highlight. On the downside, towels and washcloths were in short supply. Overall, the stay was somewhat enjoyable, with certain aspects needing attention for a better experience.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. On the one hand, the location was fantastic, being less crowded at the end of the beach where the hotel is situated. The room, however, had some issues with leaking on the balcony and a strong ashtray smell. Despite that, I did get to enjoy seeing the fireworks from my room.
